Actor Rajveer Ankur Singh, who was recently seen with Esha Deol Takhtani in the latest digital film ‘Ek Duaa’, has uncovered how Esha’s mom, veteran entertainer Hema Malini used to visit the sets during the shoot and how she supported him.

As per Rajveer, “Hemaji visited the set several times, she is a very humble, nice and motivating person. Meeting Hemaji has been great! She always had kind words to say. The best thing was when she told me, ‘Best of luck for your career young man’. That was very special and I’ll keep that in my mind. I’ll work hard and try to make her proud in whatever way I can”.

To the unknown, Esha Deol Takhtani has turned producer with ‘Ek Duaa’ and furthermore features as a lead character in the film.

While imparting his experience of working to Esha, Rajveer found Esha as an exceptional co-actor. He further shared that she had been pleasant to him from the first day when he met her during rehearsals and found her extremely warm and inviting.

If we got stuck somewhere, if I needed any help, she always helped me out. She is a good actress, a kind soul and an amazing mother!”

‘Ek Duaa’ directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee, resolves the issue of female foeticide. Sharing his interpretation of the social malevolent, the entertainer said: “It is something that I cannot even fathom in my wildest of imagination but it happens and it’s very sad. So, it was a pleasure to be a part of such film which raises such an issue at such a relevant time.”

Being a dad to a six-year-old girl, he further admitted that this film would touch souls. In his viewpoint, the film has a significant message, which would generally compel the common public to rethink the issue. As a father, he loves his daughter the most thus he just wanted to be a part of this film and convey the message.
