2. The visitors or the user must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services from our website. An ideal proof of your age that represent you are at least 18 years of age, gives you the permission to purchase any service from our website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your account wherein you agree to accept the liability for all the activities or actions that take place under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. 5. Before accessing our services, the primary step is to log into our account and fill up the form share your personal legal information to complete the agreement process. Then you may do the payment for the service taken and Viola you are ready to avail our service!

6. A valid payment method, including credit card, Rupay Card, Master Card or Payment Gateway, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Movement Creations LLP with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Movement Creations LLP to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Our transaction service accepts all kinds of payments from any corner of the world.

7. While uploading any audio track for release, do revise the metadata for safety purpose. Even though there is any fault in Metadata provided by you, we will provide you 12 hrs. to re-edit or re-correct it via Mail or Helpline Number. If there is no feedback from you end, and if the metadata provided by you if found fatal or incorrect then Movement Creations LLP will release the audio track in the same manner as provided with the prior information given by you. After the release of the track there can be no alternation with regard to the Metadata of the released track. Movement Creations LLP doesn’t let any user to delete any audio track from the digital platforms provided by the company. Once a track is released via our company then it can never be deleted from any of our streaming platforms.

8. These Terms & Conditions related with the agreement is only applied and applicable for exclusive content. If your composition, track, lyrics, music, tune etc. is found to be owned by ‘Third Party’ then the user will be sole responsible for any cheat/fraud/court proceedings/settlement.
9. If you are an aggregator/distributor/service provider/multiple artist/multiple record label handler, then you are bound to inform this to Movement Creations LLP on prior basis. For this, a new annexure will be provided to you to fill in all the information about the users related to you in order to grant access to avail our services.

10. In order to receive royalties pay-out from Movement Creations LLP music distribution account it will all depend on the user/account situation, some legal documents may be asked to approve the payment including your ID card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Company legal documentation, or any government ID.. Also, in case if Movement Creations LLP finds the verification of those documents conduct to fake/manipulated documents, the payment can be denied, cancelled or rejected and the account definitely terminated without prior notice in order to prevent our company from any money laundering or fraudulent activities against the law.
11. While using our services you agree that you will not do any of the following while using or accessing the Site and Services: Upload, submit, post, email, or otherwise transmit, via the Site or Services, any recordings or other materials that are, in the sole opinion of Company, unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing, defamatory or hateful or that contain objects or symbols of hate, invade the privacy of any third party, contain nudity (including, without limitation, any pornography, erotica, child pornography or child erotica), are deceptive, threatening, abusive, inciting of unlawful action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar or violent or constitute hate speech or are otherwise objectionable.

12. Movement Creations LLP reserves the right to change its individual services/products prices with the prior notice of 4 months before renewal of users agreement or any product/services use for availability.

13. If you are found breaching these terms and conditions in any way, we may take action against you as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

14. The terms and conditions related with the Law and jurisdiction will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Delhi  -Rouse Ave Rd, Rouse Avenue, Mata Sundari Railway Colony, Mandi House, New Delhi, Delhi 110002
