The content licensed by Movement Creations LLP on YouTube is subjected to the Content ID algorithm. Pursuant to this Content ID system, it may lead to claims when matches are detected.

We provide Content ID & YouTube Audio Fingerprinting (YTAF) for OSTs specifically Hindi tracks & Govt. Based projects except devotional tracks including -Theme songs (National songs, Patriotic songs), Festive, devotional, traditional, folk, regional songs (any language), Rabindra Sangeet and Instrumental tracks.

In the meanwhile if any tracks is found trending and is being used as multiple copies in YouTube then the team is bound to look into this and consider it for Content ID activation and Publishing societies. If the content is found valid then we shall review it and protect the content from getting copied.

If any infringement or claim is found by the original creator (Distributor, Independent Artist, Label, Sub-Label, Aggregator) after Content ID activation, then Movement Creations is bound to takedown the content immediately. Besides this, if claimant deals with it financially and is found valid/authorized then the label is responsible for such dealings not Movement Creations LLP.
